Job summary

NHS Jobs is recruiting for an MRI/CT Radiographer on a fixed-term contract at Buckshaw Hospital in Chorley. You will work with advanced imaging equipment, contribute to diagnostic imaging services, and collaborate with the MRI team and consultants.

You will track images in RIS and PACS and participate in audits and patient bookings. HCPC registration and a Diploma/degree in diagnostic Radiography are required.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Diploma/degree in diagnostic Radiography.
• Sound communication skills; able to work in a team and independently.
• On-call rota participation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage images in RIS and PACS.
• Perform audits of imaging processes and services.
• Assist with patient bookings and scheduling for imaging.
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in MRI/CT.
• Collaborate with consultants and the MRI team.
