Job summary

The Harbour Hospital in Poole, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Radiographer to join the Imaging department on a 13 month fixed term contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a flexible shift pattern.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensure high quality images, and work with radiologists and nursing staff. Applicants should have BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, HCPC registration, and at least 2 years' experience, with knowledge of IR(ME)R and patient

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good understanding of IR(ME)R, health & safety, infection control and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures following referrals and imaging protocols.
• Ensure high-quality images to support accurate diagnosis and minimise repeats.
• Provide a safe, dignified, person-centred service, keeping patients informed and reassured.
