Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee safe and efficient operation of waste management and recycling at the site.
Control production input/output and ensure processes run smoothly.
Monitor on-site health and safety and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets and participate in meetings.
Interface with clients to resolve concerns and maintain relationships.
Improve site layout and operational efficiency.
Produce and report to the Manager as required.
Sample/analyze waste where required.
Write and implement operational policies for continuous improvement.
Manage and develop MRF staff and teams.
Build strong customer relationships to meet needs.
