Job summary

Grand Arcade is hiring an MRF Operative in Northern Ireland on a permanent basis. The role runs Monday to Friday with rotating shifts: Week 1 06:00–14:00, Week 2 14:00–22:00. Salary ranges from £26,500 to £32,000 per year, paid weekly.

You will sort recyclable materials on the picking line and support the efficient flow of materials through the facility. We value reliability, hands-on approach, safety, quality and teamwork.

MRF Operative (Ref: R/MO/M/263) Permanent | MondayFriday | Rotating shift Week 1: 06:00 AM 2:00 PM, Week 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM £13.64/hour (Paid weekly your wallet will love that!) Join the Green Team! As an MRF Operative (Materials Recovery Facility Operative), youll be a key part of our recycling operations, responsible for sorting recyclable materials on the picking line and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the facility. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
