Job summary

Bryson Group is hiring an MRF Operative at our materials recovery facility in Belfast. You will sort recyclable materials on the picking line and help ensure a safe, efficient flow of materials through the facility.

The role suits reliable, hands-on individuals who value teamwork and high safety standards. You should be ready to work rotating shifts, with a 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 pattern, and be comfortable with physical manual work and overtime as required.

As an MRF Operative (Materials Recovery Facility Operative), you'll be a key part of our recycling operations, responsible for sorting recyclable materials on the picking line and supporting the smooth and efficient flow of materials through the facility.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What you NEED to bring to the table:

• Organisational and prioritisation skills
• Team-orientated
• Flexibility to work overtime, as required

• Minimum 6 months' experience working within a warehouse environment
