An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Moving Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Welshpool. This role suits a confident, professional sales consultant who thrives on inbound enquiries, understands structured sales processes, and is highly capable using CRMs.

You will be working in a modern, tech-driven sales environment, with complete training in AI-powered sales systems, and clear pathways into senior or leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure
• Using CRM systems daily to track, nurture, and convert leads
• Maximising revenue across removals, packing, and storage services
• Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining high-quality customer communication and follow-up
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales systems and performance

About You

• 5+ years’ sales experience
• HubSpot experience preferred, or a powerful CRM user who can run systems confidently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident handling of objections and closing
• Highly organised, professional, and self-driven
• Coachable with strong personal standards
• PR or Australian Citizen preferred
• Sponsorship available for the right high-calibre candidate
