Job summary

BX2 Ltd is recruiting a Moulder Operator for its Bradford distribution site. You will operate moulding machines, load materials, and ensure products meet strict quality standards while adhering to safety guidelines.

Training will be provided, and previous manufacturing experience is beneficial. The role is temporary/ongoing with day and night shifts, located in Bradford with potential for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate moulding machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
• Load raw materials into moulds, secure moulds in the machines, and start the moulding process.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality and avoid defects.
• Perform regular inspections of moulds and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Trim, finish, and inspect moulded products to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets efficiently.

Job Overview

We are BX2 Ltd are recruiting A Moulder Operator to support our client's busy distribution site in Bradford. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing moulding machines, ensuring the production of top‐notch products that meet our quality standards. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate moulding machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
• Load raw materials into moulds, secure moulds in the machines, and start the moulding process

Requirements

Hours of Work

48 hours over 4 days/ nights (Monday to Thursday)

12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM / 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, day shift for training then once trained it would be permanent night shift

Due to the nature of the hours, own transport is preferred.
