Job summary

Machine Operator - Moulding near Liphook, Hampshire seeks a hands-on operator for moulding presses. This full-time, permanent role includes operating moulding machinery to documented settings and ensuring customer quality standards are met.

Full training is provided with opportunities to multi-skill across the site. Salary ranges £12.83–£14.24 per hour depending on experience, with a Monday–Thursday 07:30–17:30 and Friday 07:30–12:15 schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Able to read and follow written work instructions and drawings.
• Good manual dexterity for operating machinery.
• Reliable, self-motivated and a team player.
• Solid standards of literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate moulding press machinery, running products to documented settings and specifications.
• Run multiple machines and monitor the quality of your own output.
• Finish, assemble, inspect and pack product to customer standards.
• Carry out re-work where needed and report any non-conforming product.
• Complete manufacturing paperwork accurately to maintain batch traceability.
• Report any equipment faults and keep a clean, safe work area.

Machine Operator - Moulding

We're recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing business near Liphook. This is a hands-on production role operating moulding machinery and helping deliver quality product to customer standards. Full training is provided, and there's genuine scope to become multi-skilled across the site. Multiple positions are available.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating moulding press machinery, running products to documented settings and specifications
• Running multiple machines and monitoring the quality of your own output
• Finishing, assembling, inspecting and packing product to customer standards
• Carrying out re-work where needed and reporting any non-conforming product
• Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately to maintain batch traceability
• Reporting any equipment faults and keeping a clean, safe work area
