Job summary

Daytona Motorsport is seeking a Sales Executive at our Esher Head Office in Surrey. You will own the sales pipeline, convert enquiries into bookings, and drive business development across corporate clients, groups, schools and clubs.

You will be rewarded with uncapped commission and have opportunities to progress within a market-leading motorsport experiences company. The role is full-time with flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and reports to the Group Head of Sales.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales experience in events/leisure/hospitality or target-driven roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exceed targets and maximise uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities.
• Upsell products, experiences and packages where appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, clubs and individual racers.
