Job summary

Confidential in Guildford is seeking a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join a busy dealership. The role offers a £20,200 basic salary with £49,630 on-target earnings (OTE) and uncapped commission, with a clear path for earnings growth for high performers.

You will manage the full sales journey, build lasting customer relationships,handle enquiries and maintain CRM records, while contributing to events and promotional activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in motorcycle or automotive sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, proactive and target-driven.
• Confident working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Selling motorcycles and associated products to retail customers.
• Managing the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery.
