Location: FE college in Surrey

Salary Range: 28,184 - 40,113 (market supplement may apply depending on qualifications and experience)

Contract Type: Established (Salaried)

Subjects: Motor Vehicle Service & Repair, PHEV, Electric Vehicle, MOT Testing, Air Conditioning

Are you passionate about motorsport and looking for a rewarding career in education? We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity at an FE College in East Surrey for the position of Motorsport Lecturer within our dynamic and forward-thinking Technology department.

Position Highlights:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our professional Engineering team, where you will inspire and support students in their learning journey. Your role will include:

1. Teaching across various levels (Level 1 & 2 City & Guilds, Level 3 BTEC)
2. Acting as a personal tutor
3. Promoting attendance and supporting student work placements
4. Contributing to curriculum planning and improvement

What we're looking for:

1. A Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant Motor Vehicle Service & Repair discipline
2. A minimum of 3 years' industry experience
3. A Level 3 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
4. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
5. Up-to-date industry knowledge and a passion for teaching
