Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Strong interest in motorsport, live operations, or high-performance engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ITIL-compliant operational support across engineering and business areas.
• Work within a small, collaborative support team to serve key stakeholders.
• Participate in shadowing and training programmes for remote teams during live events.
• Balance priorities and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide technical support against SLAs and during live events.
• Take ownership of support requests through to resolution and sign-off.
