Job summary

AP Racing Ltd in Coventry is seeking a proactive Customer Order Coordinator to support key motorsport and automotive projects, ensuring orders progress from receipt to delivery with precision. You will be the link between customers and internal teams, provide quotations and updates, and manage schedules and data across Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering and Sales.

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
Act as day to day point of contact for customer queries.
Provide quotations and order updates.
Monitor customer schedules, forecasts and delivery requirements.
Work across Planning, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Engineering and Sales to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate order and customer information.
Use Excel and business systems to analyse and manage customer and order data.
Chase actions through to completion and escalate issues when needed.
