Jaguar TCS Racing seeks a skilled Garage Technician to support both factory and trackside operations. You will manage tyre inventories, assist with freight and logistics, and ensure workshop readiness for race and test events.

The role requires adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment and coordinating with engineers and mechanics across multiple venues. Ideal candidates will have motorsport garage experience, tyre management at events, and knowledge of race truck prep and stock control.

Formación

• Motorsport event garage operational experience (factory and trackside).
• Experience in tyre management at race or test events, including pressure adjustments and liaison with engineers and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of race truck preparation/operation and stock keeping.
• Familiarity with road and air freight operations.
• Confident, self-starting team player, adaptable to fast-paced race/test environments.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as a Garage Technician at the factory and at trackside events.
• Manage the team’s wheel and tyre inventory with Engineering, including TPMS fitting and event management.
• Plan and administer team truck operations, including loading, inventory control, supplier liaison, and event bookings.
• Maintain consumable stocks in liaison with Chief Mechanics, ensuring timely re-stock ordering.
• Oversee pit equipment and off-car hardware readiness in liaison with Chief/#1 Mechanics, ensuring maintenance and storage.
• Support assembly and maintenance of race/test garage infrastructures, including repair of equipment.
• Assist with freight operations, including packing, loading/unloading, and documentation.
• Act as the key contact for storage of pit equipment and inventory records.
• Keep workshop, race, and test locations organized, clean, and compliant with policies.
