Job summary

Bosch Engineering GmbH offers a 12-month Motorsport Engineer internship based at the Nuneaton office in the UK. You will support current engineers, work on engine and chassis systems, and gain hands-on experience with Bosch Motorsport electronics.

The BUILD Programme provides a mix of in-person and virtual sessions, with emphasis on effective communication and leadership. You may travel within the UK and work some weekends during the placement.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree with a placement year.
Specialization in automotive, motorsport or mechanical engineering.
Knowledge of engine hardware, combustion theory and high-performance thermodynamics.
Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Motorsport Engineers in technical support and project coordination.
Assist with troubleshooting, system start-up, and potential racetrack support.
Aid Engineers with commercial processes and acquisition of new projects.
System design for Motorsport projects on engine and chassis aspects.
Configure Bosch Motorsport electronics (display, body computer, logging system).
Calibrate ECU/VCU and other Bosch Motorsport hardware.
