Job summary

The role focuses on developing opportunities, coordinating events, supporting engineers and ensuring excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Track regulations across UK-based race series to identify future tender opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and product launches to stay competitive.
• Support development of business cases for new technologies and product opportunities, including motorsport projects.
• Grow the Bosch Motorsport dealership network through marketing and communication.
• Research potential new dealership partners.
• Understand Defence, Marine and Off-Road markets and apply motorsport tech where relevant.
• Assist with planning and organisation of customer visits, workshops, trade shows and events.
• Engage with customers to coordinate meetings and maximise networking opportunities.
• Coordinate attendee lists, logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Support delivery of major trade show activities.
• Gather information to respond to customer enquiries with engineering teams.
• Translate technical information into clear customer-facing materials.
• Track customer requirements and communicate to internal teams.
• Maintain customer action trackers and support satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare customer presentations, briefing materials and pre-meeting docs.
• Assist with forecasting and business planning activities.
