Huntress is seeking a Motorsport Engineering Graduate based onsite at Brands Hatch, Kent. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment and the chance to work with seasoned engineers on performance improvements.

You will support day‑to‑day motorsport operations, help with data analysis and testing, and develop documentation and reporting across cross‑functional teams. A degree in mechanical or motorsport engineering is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or similar.
• Strong interest in motorsport and high‑performance vehicles.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous internship, placement, or hands‑on experience (advantageous but not essential).
