Job summary

Prodrive in the United Kingdom is offering a 12-month undergraduate Industrial Placement in the Chassis or Powertrain Design team. You will work on cutting-edge motorsport projects, gaining hands-on experience with high-performance vehicle components.

You will use CAD to model parts, run simulations, and contribute to design reports, collaborating with experienced engineers and supporting testing and validation activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accredited Mechanical or Automotive Engineering degree.
• Strong interest in motorsport and high-performance engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of design principles.
• Understanding of drawing standards and tolerancing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of components and systems for high-performance vehicles.
