Halfords in Ballymena is seeking a part-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service in our motoring and cycling departments. You will fit car parts, assist with cycle servicing, and help customers in-store and in the car park, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carry out car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
• Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and bikes in-store.
• Deliver market-leading service standards and meet sales targets.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently.
