Job summary

Halfords is hiring a Customer Services Advisor for 16 hours per week at our Telford site. You will deliver car parts fitting, cycle servicing, and other services in-store and in the car park, helping customers with enthusiasm and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills and ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in car park and in-store with fitting services (car parts, technology, cycles).
• Deliver market-leading standards of service and help customers choose suitable products.
• Develop practical skills to work quickly and efficiently in a retail environment.
