Job summary

Halfords is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park. You will provide proactive, friendly service and help customers select products while meeting sales targets. Training will be provided to reach market-leading service standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience and a can-do attitude, with availability to work on a rota including weekends. We support career growth within Retail or the Group.

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment
• Proactive approach to understanding customer needs
• Problem solving skills and flexibility to work on a rota including weekends
• Experience tailoring approach in a customer-focused sales environment (desirable)
