Job summary

Halfords Maidenhead seeks a Customer Services Advisor to deliver market-leading service in our motoring and cycling retailer. You’ll assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle services, delivering a range of fitting services with in-store support and training.

You will work 16 hours per week on a rota, including weekends, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. A friendly, proactive approach and an interest in cars/cycles will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Problem solving skills.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle services.
• Deliver fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills while working quickly and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality service to wow every customer.
