We are in search of a Parts Manager to join our Client’s Motorcycle Main Dealer in the Dorset area.

Our Client is part of a large network of Motorcycle dealerships and are looking to add to their Parts team.

They are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join their team providing excellent customer service, parts sales within the branch as well as externally, and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Motorcycle Parts Manager:

• Up to £40,000 Basic Salary
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Duties of a Motorcycle Parts Manager:

• Organising all data capture to ensure that customers are communicated with effectively and every opportunity for selling and promoting the activity of the Parts department is fully maximised.
• Making sure that Parts & Aftersales CSI scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturer.
• Developing and maximising every opportunity for the sale of parts & accessories.
• Ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts to the workshop as and when required.
