Responsibilities

• Maintain workshop spaces and equipment to a professional standard.
• Support with practical workshops.
• Monitor and replenish stock.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with learners and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Use and promote restorative practice approaches.
• Contribute to the wider team with your knowledge from industry.
• Enthusiastic about the Motor Vehicle sector with relevant, up-to-date knowledge.
• Dedicated to helping our learners achieve their full potential.
• Exceptionally structured with strong time-management skills.
