Job summary

Nova Training is recruiting a Motor Vehicle Trainee Tutor for our Wolverhampton centre. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri) offers a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

You do not need to be a qualified teacher—full training will be provided so you can share your vocational knowledge with learners and help them progress into the Motor Vehicle industry. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Vocational experience relevant to motor vehicle delivery.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with diverse learners and adapt to needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan individual learning to meet learner needs and prepare lesson plans.
• Deliver motor vehicle qualifications from level 1 to level 3 in classroom or workplace settings.
• Provide pastoral support and assist learners with academic or personal difficulties.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver vocational sessions alongside other qualifications.
• Regularly assess learners' work to satisfy awarding bodies and CIF criteria.
