The Bedford College Group is seeking a Training Coordinator in Motor Vehicle to join our Apprenticeships team across Corby. You will manage the end-to-end apprenticeship journey, coordinate induction, monitor progress, and set SMART targets to support timely completion.

You will deliver training, assess performance, engage with employers, ensure quality and compliance, maintain accurate records, and contribute to safeguarding, equality and inclusion policies.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification, TAQA Level 3 Assessor Award and Level 2/GCSE qualifications.
• Strong practical knowledge of workshop safety, vehicle maintenance and repair, with ability to apply current industry skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end Motor Vehicle apprenticeship journey, induction, progress reviews and SMART targets.
• Deliver and assessMotor Vehicle training, provide coaching and feedback to apprentices.
• Engage with employers, coordinate workplace visits and progress reviews, monitor health and safety.
• Maintain audit-ready learner records and ensure funding/compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with student support to uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies.
