Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior leadership role to own the daily management of a corporate client motor recovery team. You will mentor claims handlers, ensure service levels, and work closely with management to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day management of a corporate client motor recovery team.
• Mentor and develop claims handlers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as liaison between handlers and management for alignment.
• Oversee recovery procedures documentation and client service reviews.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and address issues promptly.
• Manage high-profile or contentious cases and optimise client outcomes.
• Support financial targets by controlling claim lifecycle and aged debt recovery.
