Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading motor fraud team.

They are seeking to appoint an experienced Fraud Lawyer to handle their own caseload of litigated fraud cases, including exaggeration, LSI, bogus passengers, slam on, credit hire, and fraud rings.

You will be instructed by a number of insurance clients on a non-delegated authority basis to run cases from inception to either settlement, trial, or discontinuance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year litigated fraud experience with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules, and Court procedures.
