Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of motor claims from notification to settlement.
• Liability investigations and decision making.
• Own Damage and Third-Party Property Damage claims.
• Credit Hire and associated losses.
• Reserving and indemnity control.
• Vehicle repairs, total loss and valuations.
• Negotiating liability and quantum, and escalating fraud where appropriate.
• Proactively manage claims to settlement.
