You will work in Brighton with a hybrid schedule, entering the office weekly and working remotely otherwise. The role emphasizes decision-making, negotiation, and collaboration across teams to continually improve claims performance.

• Manage end-to-end third-party motor claims from notification to settlement.

• Collaborate with product, data and operations teams.
• Identify trends and streamline claims processes.
