  • Proactively manage the progression of claims to drive timely resolution and minimise indemnity spend.
  • Accurately record and manage claims data in internal systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the motor claims team.
  • Represent the company in external discussions, including case reviews or insurer collaboration meetings.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in Motor Claims Handling, particularly with Credit Hire and Third-Party Property Damage.
  • A working understanding of credit hire principles, protocols, and litigation risk.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset that fits within a “One Team” culture.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development – including interest in CII qualifications.
  • You live and work by our core values: Credibility, Openness, Boldness, and Commitment.
  • Excellent Pension Scheme
  • Annual Performance-Based Bonus
  • Private Medical Insurance & Cashback Scheme
  • Hybrid Working (after probation)
  • 25 Days’ Annual Leave + Your Birthday Off
  • Enhanced Family-Friendly Policies
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Season Ticket Loan
