Job Summary

We’re seeking a visionary Motion Graphics Art Director to join our media team in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will collaborate with designers, animators, and clients to create compelling motion graphics that align with brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and art direction for motion graphics projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with client goals.
• Oversee execution from storyboard to final delivery and installation.
• Guide and mentor teams to produce high-quality work.
• Maintain visual quality with attention to detail, consistency, and innovation.
• Propose new practices for high-quality, groundbreaking work.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and at least one 3D software.
• Strong storytelling, typography, and design sensibility.
• Experience in editing, sound design, or live-action integration.
• Illustration skills and familiarity with emerging formats (AR, VR, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
