Routeco is seeking a Drives and Motion Product Sales Specialist to grow Motion & Variable Speed Drives sales within existing accounts and develop new business opportunities. The role emphasizes technical knowledge, customer advisory, and strong relationship management across the North East region.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day sales activities, provide training to the sales team, and participate in customer visits while continuously updating product expertise and maintaining a

Competenze

• Experience in similar sales / customer service environments is important.
• A good level of technical education is required; HNC/HND in Mechanical engineering (or equivalent electrical engineering qualification) would be advantageous.
• Detailed knowledge of Variable Speed Drives and Motion control systems is essential.

Mansioni

• Grow Motion & Variable Speed Drives sales within Routeco owned accounts.
• Manage day-to-day sales activity for Motion & Drives products.
• Develop new business opportunities and target accounts.
• Provide training, advice and support to the wider sales team.
