Job Description:

Looking for a Motion Designer with editing and AI skills (for video creation) to join one of the UK’s most iconic hospitality brands.

Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day remote per week).

Up to £40,000 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior to mid-level designer with a passion for movement, editing, and innovation. You'll be helping to bring their brand to life across digital channels, social platforms, in-restaurant screens, and beyond.

THE JOB

• Creating high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, in-venue content, and paid media.
• Editing and refining video content to align with brand storytelling.
• Collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and operations teams to develop engaging visual content.
• Using AI tools to enhance content production, ideation, and asset generation.
• Keeping up to date with digital trends, cultural moments, and new technologies.

THE CANDIDATE

• Commercial experience in motion design and editing.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, Sora, etc.)
• Happy working in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates great visual storytelling, clean design, and motion flair.
• Must be able to create AI videos / animation videos.
