Job Description

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance acrossEntain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social.

As a Designer(motion)you will beresponsible for delivering standout concepts and design executions for 360 campaigns across all touchpoints for one or more of our brands.

What you will do

• Create and execute high-quality motion graphics and animated content across digital, social, web, CRM, and OOH.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure strong layout, composition, and brand consistency across motion and static assets.
• Edit and animate video content using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Work within brand guidelines while finding innovative ways to elevate storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with design, animation, and AI-driven creative trends.
• Providing mentorship to other members of the team.

Qualifications

• A comprehensive understanding of motion design and with in-depth knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro. Good knowledge of Cinema 4D an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
• An enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience.
• Visual storyteller who understands the importance of emotion in creating engaging creative to drive results.
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Digital/Graphic Design.
• Portfolio that demonstrates experience across multiple global brands.
• Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail.
• Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects.
• Comfortable presenting work internally to Senior creatives and leadership.
• Effective time management and organisational skills, as well as strong attention to detail Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
