Job summary

Hawk Hiring is seeking a skilled MOT Tester/Vehicle Technician for a busy automotive workshop in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves performing Class 4 MOT inspections, carrying out vehicle inspections, and maintaining strict workshop standards to ensure quality and safety.

You will collaborate with technicians and service advisors to provide excellent customer service. Applicants should hold a valid MOT Tester licence (Active Smart Card) and have a proven background as an MOT Tester, Vehicle

Qualifications

• MOT Tester Licence (Active Smart Card) required.
• Proven background as an MOT Tester, Vehicle Technician, or Car Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• MOT Testing: Carrying out Class 4 MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards.
• Vehicle Inspections: Identifying faults and advising on any repair work required.
• Workshop Standards: Maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver excellent customer service.
