Job summary

Kwik Fit is hiring an MOT Tester in Tonbridge. You will deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards and help customers through the process, updating them on progress and explaining any required work. You’ll build lifelong relationships with customers and work with colleagues to keep cars safe on the road.

We offer an OTE of £35,000-£40,000 per year inclusive of basic salary and bonus, with opportunities to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT licence required.
• Driving licence required.
• Ability to reassure customers and build rapport during the MOT process.

The Day to Day

You'll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You'll support the customer through the process-updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed. It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.
