Job summary

Kwik Fit in Worcester is hiring an MOT Tester to perform all aspects of MOT testing to Government standards, ensuring customers are kept safe on the road. You will support customers by updating them on progress, explaining any work required and why their car may have failed, and build lifelong relationships through trusted service.

You must hold a valid MOT licence and a driving licence. You’ll be part of a busy centre, ready to assist colleagues and help with any additional tasks as needed to

This role offers an OTE of £35,000-£40,000 inclusive of basic salary and bonus.

The Day to Day

You’ll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You’ll support the customer through the process-updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed. It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you’ll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.

You’ll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence.

You’ll also be able to reassure customers that they’re in safe hands and build rapport so that choose us for their MOT every year. And if there's work to be done around the Centre, you’ll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
