Kwik Fit Bournemouth is recruiting MOT Testers to perform MOT testing to Government standards, ensuring customer safety on the road. You will provide clear explanations of findings and next steps, and help customers understand any work recommended.

You will engage with customers, explain required work, and contribute to a busy Centre with supportive colleagues. A valid MOT licence and driving licence are required, along with the ability to build rapport and reassure customers that they are in

This role offers an OTE of £37,000-£42,000 inclusive of basic salary and bonus.

The Day to Day

• You’ll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road.
• You’ll support the customer through the process-updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed.
• It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.

Who we're looking for

• You’ll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence.
• You’ll also be able to reassure customers that they're in safe hands and build rapport so that choose us for their MOT every year.
• And if there's work to be done around the Centre, you'll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
