Job summary

HRGO are recruiting for an MOT Tester Technician in Swindon, working Monday to Friday with Saturday morning flexibility. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards, record results on the DVSA computer system, and fit company products to vehicles.

This role offers a competitive salary of £33,000-£38,000 per annum, with varied shifts possible; great development routes and benefits within a busy testing centre.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform MOT tests to DVSA standards.
• Experience with DVSA-compliant recording systems.
• Willing to perform broader workshop tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests in DVSA standards.
• Record MOT results on the DVSA computer system.
• Fit/install company products to customer vehicles.
• Keep testing centre, bays and equipment clean, safe and well-organised.
• Promote and support sales of company products and services.
• Work in line with policies and instructions.
• Wear a clean, presentable uniform and represent the centre professionally.
