Job summary

Kwik Fit Congleton is looking for an MOT Tester to perform MOT inspections to Government standards, ensuring customers stay safe on the road. You will guide customers through the process, explain findings, and coordinate with colleagues to maintain high service levels.

In this role you will use your MOT licence and driving licence to deliver quality service, develop customer trust, and grow within a busy Kwik Fit Centre, with opportunities to progress as you demonstrate expertise and teamwork.

This role offers an OTE of £32,000-£37,000 inclusive of basic salary and bonus.

The Day to Day

You'll deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road. You'll support the customer through the process-updating them with progress, any work that needs doing and, where necessary, why their car failed. It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.

Who we're looking for

You'll need a valid MOT licence and driving licence.

You'll also be able to reassure customers that they're in safe hands and build rapport so that choose us for their MOT every year. And if there's work to be done around the Centre, you'll always be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
