Halfords, the UK’s largest automotive service and repair business, is seeking a qualified MOT Tester for a 22-hour-per-week role in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll operate with a base salary plus an uncapped bonus scheme, with on-target earnings up to £22,005 and average annual bonus of £2,650.

You’ll gain career progression, hybrid training, and IMI-approved development. A full UK driving licence (max 9 points) and MOT licence are essential for this role.

• Current MOT Testing Licence (No licence? Other opportunities available for Mechanic’s & Technician’s)
• Must have a full driver’s licence with no more than 9 points
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance

• On-target earnings up to £22,005


• Comprising a base salary of £17,500 - £19,355


• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,650 per year.
