Job summary

Halfords is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join our UK automotive service network. You will conduct MOT tests and assist in light vehicle maintenance as required, supporting customers with vehicle care and safety.

The role offers a base salary between £35,000–£40,000 per year, with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £5,800 and potential total earnings up to £45,800. A comprehensive benefits package and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Current MOT Testing Licence required.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs.

• On target earnings up to £45,800 per year
• Comprising of a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £5,800 per annum
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on Sundays)

• Current MOT Testing Licence (No licence? Other opportunities available for Mechanic’s & Technician’s)
