Job summary

A reputable family-run automotive garage in Leatherhead, Surrey, seeks an experienced MOT Tester to join their dedicated team. You will perform MOT tests on cars, motorbikes, mini buses and vans in line with DVSA guidelines, diagnose faults, and complete paperwork efficiently.

The role offers up to £40,000 basic salary plus achievable bonus, comprehensive training, and a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–6:00 pm schedule with sessional Saturdays on a rota to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Qualified MOT Tester with relevant certifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Proven experience in conducting MOT tests and fault diagnosis
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence

• Conduct MOT tests efficiently and with precision, adhering to DVSA standards
