Job summary

Halfords is seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join our Autocentres team in the United Kingdom. You will perform MOT tests, conduct light vehicle maintenance, and work as part of a collaborative workshop environment.

The role requires an MOT Testing Licence, a full valid driving licence with up to 9 points, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for progression within Halfords.

Qualifications

• Current MOT Testing Licence required.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT testing and related vehicle maintenance tasks in workshop.
• Support in workshop with light maintenance when not performing MOTs.

• On-target earnings up to £45,410
• Comprising a base salary of £35,000 - £38,710
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £6,700 per year.
