Job summary

Halfords, the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance and repair business, is looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our Autocentres. You’ll perform MOT tests, support light vehicle maintenance, and contribute to a busy workshop environment while benefitting from a strong uncapped bonus scheme and a clear progression path.

The role offers a base salary of £35,000–£38,710 with on-target earnings up to £45,410 and a monthly bonus average of £6,700, plus extensive employee discounts and

Qualifications

• Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points
• Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOTs

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests as part of the workshop team
• Assist in light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs
• Work in a fast-paced retail automotive environment and support service delivery
