Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Mold is seeking an MOT Technician to support a busy automotive workshop. You will conduct MOT testing to DVSA standards, perform mechanical repairs and communicate findings to customers while delivering excellent service.

With Level 2 Mechanics or MOT licence, you bring experience in tyre fitting, brakes, cambelts and exhausts, plus a full UK driving licence. Training, progression and employee discounts are available as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT testing in accordance with DVSA regulations as the MOT Technician.
• Perform mechanical repairs, including brakes, clutches, cambelts, and exhaust systems.
• Use alignment machines and interpret readings for necessary adjustments.
• Identify and communicate additional faults to customers and management.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Complete vehicle inspection documentation accurately and efficiently as the MOT Technician.
