Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is assisting a leading automotive service centre and tyre retailer with a vacancy for an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester at their Chippenham centre. The role focuses on MOT testing, servicing and repairs to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester.
• Valid MOT testing licence.
• UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests in accordance with Ministry standards.
• Diagnose and carry out servicing and repairs.
• Provide workshop support and assist with customer enquiries when required.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship within specified timeframes.
• Assist at the front reception with customer interactions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive service centre and tyre retailer with multiple nationwide locations, for an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join their busy centre in Chippenham.

The successful individual will be key in delivering high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing to the highest standards.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester:

• Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently


• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Chippenham
