The role offers excellent earning potential with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, no weekend work, and the opportunity to work with modern Bosch diagnostic equipment in a supportive workshop environment. Ongoing training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• Time-served technicians without formal qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• At least three years' workshop experience preferred.
• Valid Class 4 MOT Tester Licence is essential.
• Own tools required.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills are essential.
• Experience working on German vehicles would be advantageous.
• Genuine interest in developing technical skills and progressing your career.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair vehicles, including cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Carry out Class 4 MOT tests, with potential for Class 7 testing.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Identify and rectify faults accurately and efficiently.
• Complete work to high standards in line with manufacturer specifications.
• Record vehicle faults and work completed accurately.
• Maintain high standards of workshop safety, efficiency and housekeeping.
• Support fleet contract requirements by working on vans and light commercial vehicles.
