Connells Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Services representative to contact our Lifetime customers and arrange their mortgage review appointments, the first step in our service journey.

You will work closely with Mortgage Advisers, learning the mortgage journey and terminology, with training and support toward mortgage advice qualifications. This is a telephone-based role requiring clear communication, organisation, and a strong sales/service track record.

Qualificações

• 12 months experience in telephone-based customer service or sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Re-engaging and preparing Lifetime customers for their mortgage review appointment with Mortgage Advisers.
• Delivering high level of customer service and professionalism to mortgage customers.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with Mortgage Adviser teams.
• Helping customers with mortgage-related enquiries as you develop.
• Fulfilling all role-based learning and development objectives.
